Gadi Kalai
Director

Gadi Kalai, director for ASERO Worldwide, is the former regional security manager (RSO) of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA)’s north region. Within this role, Mr. Kalai held responsibility for all security activities in the region. Because of Mr. Kalai's wide experience in all security domains, he is in charge of formulating security protection solutions for ASERO’s clients - from the design through program implementation. In addition, Mr. Kalai specializes in integrating components of large scale security deployment and tailoring the most accurate, effective and efficient solutions.

During his 25 years with ISA, Mr. Kalai served in senior leadership positions in several of the ISA duty areas, including aviation security and embassy security. Mr. Kalai’s service included a four-year period in the ISA’s security and combat academy, where he trained and directed the security guards in Israel and abroad.

In addition to his most recent role at the ISA, Mr. Kalai held a number of other high-level security positions within ISA throughout his career, including EL AL security manager in South Africa (1997-1999); EL AL security manager in the Czech Republic (1999-2001); special operation duty in the ISA (1993-1997); instructor at the ISA security academy (1989-1993); sky marshal, El Al airlines (1982-1989); and military service in the elite Golani brigade, Israel Defense Force (1978-1981), including his last duty as company commander.

Mr. Kalai received his Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from the University of Haifa, and is currently graduating with his Master of Arts in Management and National Security.
